Bar turning of parts for the construction sector
For the construction sector, NJA INDUSTRIE has spent several years developing the machining of:
- brass tailpipes
- stainless steel venturis
- steel gas cylinder covers
These bar-turned parts are used in the sheeting & zinc-plating market.
The machining is all performed in our workshops and finished by our network of regular suppliers, for operations such as:
- grinding,
- painting,
- etc.
Quality control and inspection of bar-turned parts
Our teams are currently making hydraulic circuit breakers (assembly of several parts) made of anodised aluminium. These are for use in portable bending and crimping tools.
For this type of application, precision and cleanliness are extremely good, in view of their very high operating pressure.
